Several dance workshops were offered at the conference. Jackie Capurro from Il Quartiere Italiano of San Jose , California taught Lo Sciotis di Lacignano, Blaise Panizzi from I Campagnoli of Pittsburgh taught the Tarantella Tasso, and Lisa and Mark DeSanctis from the Italian Dance Group of Milwaukee taught the Tarantella Fantasia and La Quadriglia di Aviano.
